(is that a chicken i see strolling down the road?)

From fatmanrunning on Thu, Dec 01, 2011 at 22:04:58 from 98.95.152.105

Whoa... The ancient Hawaiian legend of Mataddy!!!!!!! I hear he is only seen once every third quarter pounder, and twice every 17th wendy's triple cheese burger. mmmmm.... I'm hungry, gonna go get a McRib.

From nevels on Thu, Dec 01, 2011 at 22:07:46 from 74.92.144.77

no dude... the mcrib doesn't make an appearance until the fourth epoch of the great and widely taught History of The Mataddy

(at least the classical version; it's not taught quite as much in the contemporary/modern classrooms... alas; the kids are missing out nowadays...)

From fatmanrunning on Thu, Dec 01, 2011 at 22:08:39 from 98.95.152.105

You didn't capitalize McRib... this is basic man... McRib is important...

From nevels on Thu, Dec 01, 2011 at 22:11:02 from 74.92.144.77

well, if you're referring to the personification of the mcrib to the MacRib, well that doesn't even happen until halfway through the 6th epoch (4th chapter, if i recall, but admittedly, it's been a while...)

From fatmanrunning on Thu, Dec 01, 2011 at 22:12:17 from 98.95.152.105

4th chapter is correct, it's along side the first known documentation of the "Feel it oh Fish!"

From nevels on Thu, Dec 01, 2011 at 22:16:57 from 74.92.144.77

which, if i'm not mistaken, was accompanied very shortly thereafter by the awkwardly-long-blank-stare-of-death, which was reputed to turn casual onlookers into pillars of weeping stone....

(although not without risk for the practitioners, as it was known to almost drive those utilizing it to insanity if not done carefully...)

From fatmanrunning on Thu, Dec 01, 2011 at 22:25:28 from 98.95.152.105

definitely going in the movie.

don't forget about the next entry in text, DOORKNOB!

From nevels on Thu, Dec 01, 2011 at 22:26:54 from 74.92.144.77

no, puddy, epoch 1, chapter 1 of the original text of the legend of The Mataddy is entitled "safety"

From nevels on Thu, Dec 01, 2011 at 22:27:54 from 74.92.144.77

...roughly translated, that is...

From fatmanrunning on Thu, Dec 01, 2011 at 22:28:37 from 98.95.152.105

Rule 75, always carry a spare?

From nevels on Thu, Dec 01, 2011 at 22:31:56 from 74.92.144.77

good call. as always, first go by rule #1: cardio. zombies lead a very active lifestyle, so should you.

From fatmanrunning on Thu, Dec 01, 2011 at 22:37:43 from 98.95.152.105

now see here is where we disagree, I understand Zombies lead an active lifestyle, but which zombies are we talking about? like, Shawn of the dead zombies, or I Am Legend zombies, cause shawn of the dead zombies were slow, I could take my time with it, you know, finesse it... I am legend, there is no hope... they are fast, I would have to throw decoys around... cardio means very little...

From fatmanrunning on Thu, Dec 01, 2011 at 22:38:35 from 98.95.152.105

Rule number 1, know thine own enemy.

From nevels on Thu, Dec 01, 2011 at 22:40:33 from 74.92.144.77

dude, we've both memorized the zombie survival guide (as should everyone on earth if survival is of any interest when the inevitable occurs...).

i think we both know how zombies really behave.

(use your head: cut off their's)

From nevels on Thu, Dec 01, 2011 at 22:43:41 from 74.92.144.77

...and, for what it's worth, this is even foretold in the final chapters of the epoch of The Mataddy, although it remains silent on the true and final outcome, which is (as it should be) for us and the remainder of humanity to decide...

From fatmanrunning on Thu, Dec 01, 2011 at 22:49:02 from 98.95.152.105

who knows... the mataddy knows...

The final chapters of the epoch of The Mataddy are left much up to interpretation of the reader, there are influences both ways, The legend does not dictate itself, the legend dictates every thing else....

From fatmanrunning on Thu, Dec 01, 2011 at 22:49:52 from 98.95.152.105

I don't know what that means...

From nevels on Thu, Dec 01, 2011 at 22:53:06 from 74.92.144.77

nor should you; it is not for us to understand.

it's deep, man. deeper even than the well of the western point, which, if i remember epoch 2 correctly, has a depth only measured by those willing to travel vast distances, if only for the simple pleasure of release...

From fatmanrunning on Thu, Dec 01, 2011 at 23:05:35 from 98.95.152.105

it's the journey to the western point that makes the epoch. the traveler must overcome great pain, pain that only one who has built up the pressure of a thousand "rain grenades" knows. the traveler must hold it (the pain) until he gets to the western point for his release. Then, and ONLY then, is he prepared for the tension release, but the release is the most dangerous part.

-epoch 2, chapter 179, paragraph 743 The Mataddy

From nevels on Thu, Dec 01, 2011 at 23:09:32 from 74.92.144.77

but we must keep in mind that it is this danger of release that is the lesson to be learned from this tale, as it users in an entirely new era of life for The Mataddy upon completion.

(and i think the writers should have inserted a section break before the 179th chapter... i don't recall the length being that long, but it was truly a page-turner, so tomes upon tomes were easily read without any tedium...)

From fatmanrunning on Thu, Dec 01, 2011 at 23:10:44 from 98.95.152.105

Are you saying the Mataddy is easy?

From nevels on Thu, Dec 01, 2011 at 23:11:29 from 74.92.144.77

hey, man, i'm just sayin what i heard...
