Ankle still is slightly uncomfortable on the run. But it was cold. First night that Coach Monroe was not ready to quit after two miles though... Sentences together don't make sense. organization and segues work better. necessary is explanation. Approve Yoda would.

BTW Nevels is running a long way. Multiple days in a row
